DMCA & takedowns

If you own the rights to something on this site and you'd like it removed, here's how that happens. We respond fast — usually same-day once a valid request is received.

If you're Thomas K Young (or representing him)

One email is enough. Send a note from an address clearly tied to your identity and the game gets unembedded the same day. No lawyers, no formal notice needed — this page exists because we like the game, not despite the author.

If you're a rights holder for other content

Please include the following in your email so it can be processed quickly:

1. Your full name and contact info (email minimum, phone helpful)
2. Identification of the copyrighted work you're claiming
3. The URL on this site where the content appears
4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized
5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the info in your notice is accurate and that you're the rights holder or acting on their behalf
6. Your physical or electronic signature

What happens next

• Acknowledgement email within 24–48 hours.
• Content removed or disabled typically within 72 hours of valid request, often same-day.
• If the notice looks incomplete or mistaken, a reply explaining what's missing.

Counter-notices

If content you uploaded was removed and you think it shouldn't have been, you can file a counter-notice to the same address. Include the URL, your contact info, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake, and consent to jurisdiction. We'll restore the content after the required waiting period unless the original claimant files a court action.

Repeat infringers

Not really applicable to a single-game fan site, but for completeness: repeat infringement by any user-submitted content would result in a block.
