Play the game. Don't try to break the site. Don't redistribute the embedded game files as if they were yours. That's basically it.

What this site is

A static HTML page that embeds a third-party game (Dadish 3) via an iframe. The game code, art, and audio are owned by their original creator. This site owns the surrounding HTML, CSS, and the written copy you're reading now.

Acceptable use

• Play the game for personal, non-commercial enjoyment.
• Share the link with friends — that's encouraged.
• Do not scrape, clone, or rehost the site's written content as-is on another domain.
• Do not attempt to exploit, DDoS, or otherwise overload the server.
• Do not embed the iframe on sites meant to mislead or defraud visitors.

No warranty

This site is provided as-is. The game can break when upstream changes. Progress saved in your browser can be lost. We will do our best, but no promises of uptime, accuracy, or compatibility.

Liability

To the fullest extent allowed, the operator of this site is not liable for damages caused by using it. If playing a browser puzzle game has genuinely caused you provable monetary harm, something unusual has happened and we should talk — see the contact page.

Changes

Terms can change. When they do, the revision date at the top updates. Continued use after changes means you're OK with them.
